Compressed air used during assembly is dried to a -40 °F dew point and filtered to 0.08 micron, eliminating airborne particulate contamination.

3. Controlled Assembly Environment

Reassembly takes place in a Certified Class 10,000 Cleanroom, with additional Class 1,000 Laminar Flow when practical. This keeps spindles free from dust and contaminants that shorten life.

4. Purified Lubrication
